Regarding how data information is collected and used, regarding our users and those who browse our website, it is set out below.

2. Object of data protection

Being a website, we are aware of free accessibility to users. For this reason, the object to be protected, herein, makes direct reference to personal data that can help identify a natural person, which is recorded in our navigation system.

The information collected is done automatically. Anyone who enters our website, from any device, will automatically issue information for programming and technical reasons. This automated data is recorded separately from non-automated data. The automated data that is recorded is:

All clients, when providing their data, have an alternative so that they can manage and configure their user account. Browsing is free and only those who wish to be direct users of our services must register or create an account.

Thanks to the presence of the account, you can create lists of favorite places, activities to do and tours. All this can go into the wish list or favorites.

5. Reviews and ratings

To contribute to the improvement of our services, on our website, we enable a section to rate and comment on the tours that the user has taken. After the tour has concluded, you may be sent a short survey that you can complete voluntarily.

If you decide to take the survey, we will collect the information you left us to organize some improvements, while the comments will be published on our website. You can request that your comment be removed at any time.

6. Customer Service

Our services are limited for those who decide or dare to hire our services. All procedures, requests and any other communication will be carried out by email and WhatsApp.

6.1 Hosting of our website

Our website is located within the storage services of Amazon Web Services (AWS). Thanks to its sophisticated system we have access to statistical data and analysis provided by its own servers. Consequently, data processing and privacy are guaranteed protection. All services are regulated with privacy laws.

Contact with our services and website is, as we already mentioned, immediate communication, through WhatsApp, since our responses are usually direct. But to send confirmation of our reservations and other similar things, we use Gmail services.

7. Reservations and payments

7.1 Reservations

At the time of making the reservation, data is collected to help us identify your interests and proceed with the reservation of the service. The data and information we collect are: names, surnames, email address, telephone number, number of companions (if necessary), date and time of arrival, start date of the tour.

In some cases more information may be collected upon request for some tours or activities. In some cases, the data will be transferred to the service providers to make the requested reservation or activity. All information obtained will be used exclusively to achieve the reservation satisfactorily.

7.2 Reservation Confirmation

Reservations are confirmed by email. All tickets for the reservations and services you have purchased with us will also be sent to you sequentially. At the same time, you will have reservation details within the user profile.

7.3 Payments

The user or interested party has payment options to obtain their reservation. When making the payment you will be asked for some information to facilitate validation according to the payment method, as we will see later.

7.3.1 Payments with credit/debit cards

For credit card payments, we use the service of our provider NIUBIZ, which is located in Peru. The payment details will be sent by NIUBIZ who will contact the banks or financial institutions. If you have made the payment with credit/debit cards, we only receive the payment information along with the last four digits of the card number with which you made the payment. This is the only information we will receive from your card.

7.3.1 Payments through PayPal

Payments through PayPal have a more fluid system. In this type of payment you work directly with PayPal who issues the payment made. This payment issue comes to us confirming the data and the service or service code that the client has selected.

In this case PayPal will request other information that is associated with said company. While the information that will be issued to us about our clients will only be that the payment has been completed.

7.4 Chargebacks

In the event that a refund occurs, for any reason that allows such a refund, the money will be refunded using the same payment method with which I made the reservation.

8. Cancellation of reservations and others

Each of our services will present its terms of cancellations and returns in a particular way. Since our services, for example, excursions to the Inca Trail or Machu Picchu, operate under the authority of the Ministry of Culture and the impositions they make regarding the retention of tickets or their return, it will be under the first consent of these entities of the Peruvian State.

9. Cookies
