What will you do

In Puerto Maldonado we will be waiting for your arrival. There one of our agents will be waiting to accompany you. You will make a short trip to our agency's facilities, where you can arrange your belongings and take only what you need. It is important to bring only what is necessary for these 4 days. Then, we board the corresponding transport to the banks of the Tambopata River, there, a boat will be waiting for us to reach the camp or lodge where we will spend the 3 nights. This is the beginning of our adventure in Madre de Dios.

The activities of the following days will begin early. It is important to rest at a prudent time to get enough sleep. We will start activities from 4:30 in the morning so we will see the beautiful sunrises of the Peruvian Amazon. On the other hand, it is important to take note of the guide's indications about the care and other security details. As we always mention, it is important to use mosquito repellent and sun block.

Finally, do not forget to bring a camera to capture in images all the activities we will do. The shots of the Dosel tower at sunset and sunrise are truly beautiful. Likewise, the landscapes and the enormous diversity of flora and fauna are a delight for the eyes. We are fortunate that the areas we visit are cared for by the state and the work of some communities. It is up to us, as visitors, to take care of them and respect them.

Frequent questions

Do I have to book this tour in advance?

It is always advisable to make reservations at least one week in advance. That way you guarantee the activities you will do without depending on last minute availability. Making a last minute reservation is not safe, does not work and ruins the trip completely. In this sense, if you want to make the most of your vacation, you should start by making a proper planning.
