One of the most requested tours and with the greatest demand in Cusco and actually in all of South America since it is one of the most beautiful adventures that can be experienced through incredible landscapes. During the first days of the trek you can appreciate all the Andes and punas typical of the highlands of Cusco, while from the second day the whole group will enter the high jungle and the entire landscape will be mountains covered with coarse vegetation. But, the greatest attraction is not what we have just mentioned, but all the archaeological sites that are visited before arriving at Machu Picchu and that enhances the experience of traveling through all the Sacred Paths of the Inca, part of the paths and routes that linked all the cities with Cusco. These roads were used by the ancient inhabitants of Tawantinsuyo to exchange food and continue with the Inca expansion. In 4 days we will be able to know all the historical details and have total contact with nature since we will spend the night in camps under the infinity of the cosmos.

What will you do

Our main priority is the comfort of travelers, therefore, we start the services with the pick up from the hotels in Cusco. We begin the trip to Ollantaytambo where the train journey begins until kilometer 82. In this place we will descend and pass through the control area and begin the adventure with the team of cooks and porters. They will be in charge of helping us during the 4 days of adventure with food and to set up the camp. The first day we will arrive at the Llaqtapata or Llulluchapampa camp. On the second and third nights you will also spend the night in a camp based on availability. Most of the camps are very close to the archaeological sites. On the third day we will visit Wiñayhuayna, one of the most incredible archaeological sites due to the presence of its terraces that rub against the precipices of the mountain. On the fourth day we will pass through Inti Punku and continue with the tour to Machu Picchu and then return to Cusco by train and bus.
