What will you do

Getting to Machu Picchu is one of the most exciting experiences that all people in the world must experience. The first step is to leave Cusco early. For this we will have our exclusive transport for our clients. Our destination will be the Wánchaq or Ollantaytambo train station, from this place we can board one of the trains that we choose Vistadome or Expedition. On board one of these trains we will arrive to Aguas Calientes, where we will take a bus to the archaeological site of Machu Picchu. After the tour it's time to return, but before that we can access the special promotion of buffet lunch at the Tinkuy restaurant.


Itinerary

  • Our services begin with the pick up from your hotel (only for hotels in the Historic Center of Cusco).
  • We will go to your hotel early. The schedule can mediate between 4:40 and 5:00 in the morning.
  • Once we have all the travel equipment, we will leave in the direction of the Wanchaq train station (This may vary if there is availability to leave from Ollantaytambo).
  • From the Wanchaq or Ollantaytambo train station we will leave in the direction of Aguas Calientes.
  • The total trip from Cusco to Aguas Calientes is approximately 4 hours.
  • In Aguas Calientes we will have to board the ecological buses to reach the access area of Machu Picchu.
  • The Machu Picchu tour will be with our guides so that no detail of the entire archaeological site is lost.
  • The tour lasts approximately 3 hours.
  • If you decided to access the promotion of the buffet lunch at Tinkuy Restaurant, you will be able to access the premises, leaving Machu Picchu.
  • The return to Aguas Calientes is through the same buses. You will only have to show the corresponding ticket.
  • In Aguas Calientes you can take the opportunity to walk around, take photos and shop for souvenirs.
  • The train will leave at 4:22 in the afternoon. It is recommended to take your time and arrive within 30 minutes of departure time.
  • Both on the outward train and the return train you can opt for the PeruRail Vistadome train service.
  • In Ollantaytambo the train trip ends and boarding the buses that will transport you to Cusco begins.
  • It is estimated to arrive in Cusco at 8:30 at night.
