Have you ever wondered what secrets lie within the ancient civilizations of northern Peru? This tour takes you deep into the Lambayeque culture, from the treasures of the Sicán National Museum to the massive pyramids of Túcume. A journey full of history, mystery, and symbols that still raise unanswered questions.

Itinerary

On a pleasant day, our staff will pick you up between 10:00 and 10:20 a.m. from your hotel in Chiclayo and take you to the tourist transport.
Once everyone is ready and comfortable, we’ll begin our tour, heading north of Chiclayo. The drive takes approximately 45 minutes to our first stop: the Sicán National Museum in Ferreñafe.
Upon arrival, we’ll enter the museum to admire an important collection of metallurgical art belonging to the Lambayeque culture, also known as “Sicán.”
During the tour, you’ll see gold and silver artifacts, precious stones, funerary masks, and a notable collection of ceremonial knives from that time. The entire visit is guided by our expert tour guide.
After this impressive museum visit, we’ll head to the Túcume Pyramids, which is about 30 minutes away.
Once there, we’ll explore the surroundings of this archaeological complex and visit key ceremonial centers such as Huaca Larga and Huaca Las Balsas. We’ll also tour the Túcume site museum.
Before returning, we’ll stop in an area with several restaurants where you can have lunch on your own (lunch not included).
Finally, we’ll return to Chiclayo around 5:00 p.m. Our staff will drop you off at your hotel, marking the end of the tour.
